While some fall fashion trends call for adding freshly trending pieces to your cold-weather wardrobe, others, like jewelry trends, can be recreated with pieces you already own. This year, the Ready-to-Wear and Haute Couture runways delivered an exciting mix of ways to style earrings, necklaces, and more, from strikingly minimal to over-the-top.
While designers like Weinsanto and Adeam adorned their collections with trendy pieces like body chains and ear cuffs, others opted to draw inspiration from the archives. Saint Laurent, Balmain, and Chanel delivered vintage vibes through bangles and studs. Street style and punk aesthetics were applied to pearls and chains, playfully butting up against styling expectations. It also appears that more is merrier and imperfection is the new polish for fall, thanks to a bevy of mismatched earrings and over-the-top layering.
Ahead, we’ve rounded up the best of the 17 best fall jewelry trends you can start emulating ASAP.

Asymmetry was a major jewelry trend on this year's Fall/Winter runways, especially when it came to earrings. Designers like Zimmermann and Fendi mixed studs with dangling earrings, while others paired similar silhouettes.
Our favorite approach? Wearing a complete pair of earrings on one ear and a contrasting statement earring on the other, as seen on the models in the Gucci show.

The reign of rosettes continues, albeit with some alterations. The rosette choker necklaces that took over this year's red carpets were given a hyperrealistic makeup at Elie Saab, while David Koma and Sportmax kept this spring's minimal silhouette, but swapped fabric roses for glossy orchids. In the Giorgio Armani Privé Haute Couture Fall/Winter show, rosettes appeared as dangling drop and statement stud earrings.

Why wear one necklace when you can wear every necklace you own at the same time? Designers at fall fashion shows the world over blended different necklace styles to create totally unique works of jewelry art. When recreating this jewelry trend at home, don't be afraid to play with very different lengths and choose a plunging V-neck or turtleneck to avoid visual overcrowding.

This year, Bibhu Mohapatra and Versace decided that dropping temperatures shouldn't keep you from showing off your jewelry. Their models wore shiny resin cuff bracelets and over-the-top costume jewelry rings over gloves on the runway. This trend was also spotted at Saint Laurent and Luisa Spagnoli, who incorporated bangles worn over chunky knits into the mix.

Rather than single strands or delicate loops, the fall runways featured major statement moments including supersized pearl jewelry, from XXL hoops to beribboned earrings and punk-inspired necklaces.

Spiky, shiny, and statement-making, glittering rhinestone ear cuffs were spotted in the Adeam and Philipp Plein shows. If you prefer a more minimalist approach to this fall jewelry trend, you can opt for a "dipped in gold" ear cap as seen at Rokh.

Body chains, one of this summer's biggest jewelry trends, have also received a seasonal update without any camisoles or slip dresses. The body chains spotted at Stella McCartney were worn with blazers and jackets in lieu of tops, while at Wiensanto, body chains were draped over dresses.

In our humble opinion, bracelets don't get enough attention, but designers like Brandon Maxwell, Prabal Gurung, and Paul Costelloe seemed determined to change that with their opulent jewel-encrusted, burnished, and beaded bangles.

Great news for anyone with unpaired single earrings gathering dust in their jewelry boxes: Wearing single earrings is officially a fall jewelry trend. Best of all, there's no wrong way to wear this trend. Go for a single big stud, ear cuff, or dangling mixed material earring.

Jewelry designer and Rellery founder Sally Rong predicted this jewelry trend back in the spring. To achieve the multi-dimensional effect seen on the earrings at Gucci and Missoni, take Rong's advice and mix metals with whimsy. "If you're a silver person, start slowly getting into the gold, and just play," she previously shared with InStyle.

Props to Kaia Gerber and every other model who wore huge chandelier earrings in the Fall/Winter runway shows. Our earlobes ache just looking at the size and spectacle of these statement jewels. That said, we're crossing our fingers that designers will deliver lightweight or clip-on versions of these earrings so we can get the bling with the strain.

We love a little (or a lot) of sparkle, but the witchy vibes of rough-cut crystals are equally appealing. From the polished quartz earrings seen at Zimmermann to De Pesta's beaded crystal necklaces, the vibe was "chakra-cleansing but make it fashion."

Floral jewelry rarely goes out of style for spring and summer, but Givenchy and Elli Saab gave the bouquet theme a cold-weather update with spiky clusters and edgy ear cuffs.

Not to be outdone by lengthy, layered necklaces, Germanier, Paul Costelloe, and Salvatore Ferragamo all sent eye-catching chokers down the runway. Thanks to unexpected textures like resin, layered charms, and whimsical volume, these opulent collars now live in our heads rent-free.

Delicate chains? We don't know her. Chain necklaces for fall are all about going big or going home. From Tbilisi's larger-than-life links to Jil Sander's diamond-encrusted chain and Dion Lee's triple-link choker, there are plenty of aesthetic directions in which to take this trend.

LaQuan Smith, Etro, and Marco Rambaldi all brought big locket energy to their runway shows with sweetheart shapes. We love the vintage feel of heart charms but appreciate the modern edgy vibe these designers were able to incorporate thanks to spikes, scale, and layering.

Stud earrings are often considered jewelry box basics, but designers like Saint Laurent and Balmain took a vastly different approach with larger-than-life circular studs that are as statement-making as glitzy chandelier earrings.
